Hi all need to run a few cables from a satellite dish into an attic and then down
    to the rooms.

Where the dish is located the only way into the attic is via the fascia board whats the best drill bit or type to use on this

Looking on amazon only left me confused:pac:

Usually better to use the soffit board as it reduces the ingress of rain and is less unsightly.

The facia and soffit are either wood or plastic or both so an ordinary HSS steel bit will work
