I switched to Pure Telecom for phone and broadband but haven't received my modem yet. My broadband with my previous provider stopped working today and now I have no broadband. Can anyone tell me the broadband settings for Pure Telecom so that I can set up my old modem.

    Thanks

    1. Who was your previous provider?
    2. Is the DSL light still illuminated (if its not you cannot get online with any settings)
    3. See quote

Thanks for the reply. The line is syncing fine just no internet. What a day to pick for Sky to stop their service. Pure Telecom don't work weekends so I'm already starting to regret the move. I hope they can sort it out tomorrow.

You wont be able to use the Sky modem, its locked down.

Cheers. I have used my own modem with Sky so that's not the problem.

I had to contact them during the week about this to set up my new tp-link router, the settings seem to be universal:

    Username: puretelecom @puretel.ie
    Password: broadband1
