I see Kim Jong-Un has fired off a ballistic missile tonight, should provoke some fun tweets from old man Trump...
North Korea has fired an unidentified type of ballistic missile into the sea off the east coast of the Korean peninsula, South Korea has said.

The missile was launched from an area in North Korea's western region, the

South's Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said in a statement.

Earlier, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported that the North had fired a ballistic missile.

They would do well from a bit of the old Freedom arriving. Shocking the treatment of their people.

The lack of any bulk natural resources that could be commerically exploited prevents that.

True valid point. And the other issue is huge causalities. They would not hesitate to tactical nuke their own country.

Maybe it's just a huge fcuk off Chinese lantern he has. They're always been mistaken for missiles, UFO's, Zombie apocalypse etc.

No doubt Joe Duffy will inform me on Monday as to what really happened.

Interesting to see what the US reaction will be vis a vis Iran last week.

    The test was a success...
North Korea has confirmed that it "successfully" fired a ballistic missile on Sunday in a test supervised by leader Kim Jong-un.

The device was described as a "surface-to-surface medium-to-long-range ballistic missile", the Korean state news agency KCNA reported.

I'd say if they ever fire a nuclear one for real the person pressing the button will leg it like they were setting off a halloween firework, I doubt they would have much faith in it if there was a breeze of wind :D

NK has actually got a lot of natural resources just not oil or gas.

But isn't it great the way the media slavishly goes with the political and military establishments in their "democratic" countries?

NK tests a weapon and it's a massive scare story. U.S. or Israel blow up loads of innocent people in Muslim countries and it tends to be treated as acceptable behaviour.
