I'm walking the second stage of the Camino de Santiago this September (Pamplona-Lagrona), having walked the first stage (St Jean-Pamplona_ last year. I ended up with bad blisters towards the end and want to look after my poor feet this year. I would like advice on light weight boots & anti blister socks, if anyone has any!

Trail running shoes could be used instead of boots. Much lighter and more flexible. Don't skimp on socks though. Good merino mountaineering padded socks would be my option.
