parents know i smoke weed dont know i smoke rollies

    i want to tell my parents i smoke rollies so i dont have to sneak around, i just have no clue how to do it.....im 18 btw
    they have caught me before when i was younger but its been a few years
    i dont plan on quitting, maybe in the near future but not know.
    they have asked me before if i do but i always panic and lie which i hate doing
    i know they are bad for me trust me i get it, ive read the studies but its my body and ill do with it as i please.
    they both smoke but my mum keeps going on about quitting, so id feel like a hypocrite....
    any advice would do
    my mum isnt happy about the weed but doesnt berate me my dad doesnt care he used to smoke weed aswell
