Just really need it as a city runaround. She doesnt do much if any motorway driving. Any hybrids in this range? Are they worth it?…

My sister is looking to get a new car. She is looking at getting one on those PCP plans. I said Id ask around to see what is available. Looking for a company offering scrappage too.

Just really need it as a city runaround. She doesnt do much if any motorway driving. Any hybrids in this range? Are they worth it? Was looking at Toyota Auris hybrid but was out of her price range really. Will a non-hybrid still hold its value in 3 years time if she wants to sell it on?

Some cars she has looked at so far:

Seat Ibiza Sport

Ford Fiesta Titanium unsure if available on PCP, scrappage etc (recommended by friend but she hasnt seen it)

Kia Ceed

Hyundai i20

Any others you would recommend? Needs to have a PCP+scrappage offer but recommend away even if you arent sure of the offers. Must be below 20k though.
