When can we do NCT?

    Our car is more than 10 years old and the NCT is due to expire on the 20/05/2017. When date can I do a test and receive a NCT valid until 20/05/2018?

    After 20/02/2017 at least. Has to be less than 90 days before it expires otherwise you only get a year from the day it passes.

    So can we book it now for let's say the 21st or do you have to wait until after the 20th to book as well?

    Go online any time to pick a date that suits. If you can't get one always best try around 11pm or so at night.

    Yes you can book now they give the 90 days so if any issues still gives you time to fix and shouldn't be without a valid nct.
