Was looking at this Megane
Motorcheck tells me its 90 HP. Ad says 110HP.
Also, I think its a dealer as I did a status search on Motor Tax site and it changed hands recently(around Xmas time)
Any Thoughts?

id be funny about buying from a garage that has 2 clearly false statements in their ad

Google the phone number. He also has an '08 Avensis for sale.
Both the Avensis and Megane are down on Motortax.is as sold to an Individual within days of each other(rather than transferred to a Dealer).
In other words he bought them cheap to sell on (why were they cheap to buy ???;)) rather than just a guy selling on dealer trade-ins that they don't want the hassle of shifting.
I'd avoid.

Could also have transferred the ownership into his name, wherever he bought the cars may have insisted on it.

Most Dealers who let part-timers shift their stock don't require "their seller" to take ownership of the car.
A quick trawl through DD whilst also watching motortax will show this....apart from personal experience. Which I think you have as much of as myself Colm .
