FS: Dolan Preffisio Road Bike

For sale, Dolan Preffisio Road Bike. Built from a frameset bought last year, frame was as new when bought and the bike has only been ridden twice so condition is excellent. Wheelset was bought new last December along with tyres, as above only ridden twice so as new. Groupset and all other parts are secondhand but in very good condition. This is an ideal winter trainer/ commuter bike, or a starter road bike.
Selling as it's just gathering dust at this stage... Asking €850. Can be seen/ collected in D18.

This would obviously be ideal for someone starting out in the sport, if anyone offers asking, or close enough to it, I can throw in a few bits and pieces that would be of use to someone starting out, assuming they fit obviously, I've an old pair of Shimano road shoes (size 45), an Altura Jersey/ Shorts combo (size large), armwarmers, legwarmers, rain jacket, and a couple of spare tubes/ tyre levers/ pump etc. All included in asking price if they're wanted...

Will take €600 for this, definitely the lowest I'll go on it though, frame and wheels are as new, finishing kit and groupset are used but perfect. Failing that I'd be willing to spilt, but would need offers on all components to do so. Pricing would be as below.

OP has PM'd me for clarification. He's perfectly at liberty to hold out for the full price (currently €600) as he made it clear breaking it down was conditional on not getting that full price. Hence at this stage any offer for the parts detailed above is going to be conditional until the OP indicates he is happy to break it down. However in those circumstances I think it appropriate Bikengolfer to have first refusal at asking on the wheels/tyres (and equally could pull out at any stage should they so wish)

Thanks for that Beasty, wasn't sure so thought it better to seek clarification. Obviously Bikengolfer gets first refusal if I split it, having offered the asking on the split price. (Failing that you could always bid on the other set of wheels I'm selling in another nearby thread )
