When I try and save my card details onto the Leap App, a pop-up window from my card issuer (KBC) appears requesting a one-time password (OTP). This is texted to me. When I switch between this pop-up window and the text message in order to view the password, the pop-up window disappears and I am returned to the main screen on the Leap App.
This keeps happening no matter how many different ways I try to switch between the two windows. I have contacted Leap about this and am waiting for them to offer a resolution. I have previously been able to add my old card details onto the Leap App using the same system, without any issues, so I am curious as to why this has only become a problem now.
Is anybody having the same issue or does anyone have a fix for this? I have thought about contacting KBC. I clear my cache out regularly, so I don't think it can be that.

Sounds like a bug with the Leap app. Could you try putting your sim card into another phone, so as to receive the text on that one instead(so you don't have to switch apps which seems to dismiss the popup)? You shouldn't need your SIM and phone service to use the Leap app, just WiFi.

Thanks for your reply. I don't have a spare phone unfortunately. Leap said it could take months to resolve the query and they believe that it may be a fault from KBC, which reading through the lines, means they probably don't have a clue. I'll try contacting KBC on Boards instead.
