Most petrol stations have options to pay M50 cashless tolls otherwise throw few euro coins in the basket if barrier tolls

    Enjoy hols

Video account would be easiest for the M50 and cash or credit/debit card for barriers.

I was home at Christmas and prepaid on the website. Going on the answers in the other post in motors, I should not have bothered

I hadn't realised that you could still pay cash at the barriers.

You can pay with cash at all tolls except the M50

Toll locations are on a map here https://www.eflow.ie/driving-in-ireland/
You can pay m50 barrier-less toll before or after using it at most petrol stations or online at https://www.eflow.ie/i-want-to/pay-a-toll/
All others take cash or card.
Keep a tenner in coins in car just in case

Why would you pay for a toll on a foreign license? No way I would be paying, use that to your advantage.

Would you just smash through the barrier, waving your foreign licence? There's a lot more tolls in Ireland than the M50 you know.

I've a video account for m50. Simple and cheaper than paying the other way. There are enough stories of people being chased for fines across borders to risk it - was there a thread about it in recent days?. Also I will be moving back sooner or later, I don't need that sh!t following me.
