So all the doom and gloom of Brexit aside, UK for now still have free movement so what is needed to move from Ireland to UK (i'm an irish citizen if that makes a difference). I know i'd need a national insurance number. Is there anything else needed?

Also would it be better to secure a job before going? I've looked in the likes of Reed and few other places but even in 2017 places arent willing to do an interview over a skype call. I'd fly over if it was a sure thing but even with low cost carriers its a lot to fly over.
