BTEA/JSA Statement of Income

Hi, I realize that one can request a statement of JSA/BTEA income from DSP's website, but was curious should anyone have experience if it is at all quicker to drop in and ask in person? Is there any chance you could get them on the spot? Documents are needed pretty quickly. Thanks, Gerard

A statement is printable on the spot. It shows all payments.
