Hi all, Has anyone tried fermenting their book. I got a book for Christmas on home fermentation that I'm going to try but was wondering if anyone else has tried it. The is the book. https://www.gillbooks.ie/cookery/cookery/the-cultured-club Anyone any successess? Advice? Hints?
