    Hi

Is it possible to get a refund for an unused amount of cheques?

How would I go about getting refund? Do I need to drop into my branch?

    Many thanks

    Hi sodabread,

Thanks for getting in touch here on Boards.

Yes you can request a refund by bringing the remaining cheques with you into your local branch as well as photo ID. A representative will be happy to help you.
Alternatively you can post the remaining cheques with a cover letter including your name, account number and contact number to your account holding branch. Please find the contact details and opening hours for our branches here

    Thanks,
    Sarah
