Soil test results advice

Finally got my soil test results today after 5 weeks since I sent them in. This is the first time I've ever done soil tests due to having a space age father. I'm 25 and never seen lime spread here. I've never done any type of Ag course so my knowledge is limited. I spread 23 units of urea in both fields about 3 weeks ago as I had to with the weather that was in it

Done two fields. Field 1 was pH of 6.7 and field 2 was 6.3 so I was happy with that

    Field 1 has a P index of 4 (9.64) and K of 3 (116)
I was planning on grazing this now and closing it up for a hay meadow then. What fertiliser would you recommend for this? I was thinking of 3.5 bags of cut sward?

Field 2 is in a bad way with both indexs being 1. P is 2.04 mg/l and K is 20.5mg/l. I was very surprised by this as it got a very good coating of slurry last April. I was thinking of a couple of bags of 0-10-20 or would I need something more drastic?

Also need to add that it is a stud farm so need to take it handy enough with nitrogen

    Thanks

Field 1 is pretty good. 3.5 bags cut sward would be fine for silage but might be too much N for hay. A heavy crop of grass will be more difficult to dry out. I would go for 2.5 bags. there should still be enough P and K as they are pretty good. Field 2 is a different story. It needs a lot of P and K, but too much in one go will cause some losses. Do you want N on this field? 3 bags 10.10.20 or 18.6.12 now and more P and K next autumn should work well. You will need more P and K for a couple of years to build indices.
