Have you guys seen the new style portable battery packs? They are tony, like a small hard drive - but enough power to start a car. Also you can charge any phones or electronic devices from it.

Wondering if anyone can recommend one. I want it for jump starting a 1000cc motorbike, but also want to use it as a battery pack for charging phones etc. I want one that charges via usb - no its own charger. Any recommendations?

You should check lidl, they had one for like 60-70€ and with lidl you get a 3 year warranty .

I've heard mixed reports on these Zascar. I know a lad who has used one no problem but I was also advised by a bike shop not to use these as they can fry the electrics on a bike.
