Offline Files

I have a user whose network data folder is due to be moved to a new server.

This user has Offline Files syncing enabled on the folder. The user also has a mapped drive ( U: ) to this folder but from what I see Offline Files uses the explicit location rather than simply U:

I am looking for a way to swap the location of the user's network data folder in the Offline Files config on his machine. Maybe a reg key or something?

    Old location:
    \\server1\users$\user.data

    to new location:
    \\server2\user.data$
