    Hey all,
I brush in the morning when I wake, but will sometimes have an energy drink in the morning sometime afterwards. I was wondering if there is something that I can do, apart from brushing (as that ain't going to happen) that I can do to help clean the teeth?

And unless you can tell me how I can get so much caffeine and sugar into my system without it going through my mouth, please avoid giving me the advice of "stop drinking the sugary stuff".

The horse has well bolted on the decay of my teeth, but looking to see if there's something that I can slow their demise/replacement.

Would you go sugar free on the energy drinks?

There ye go again....! Did you not hear that he wants none of this talk??

What's an energy drink without the sugar anyway?? The poor chap will be exhausted without his caffeine and glucose.

Have found the sugar free Redbull & generic Aldi/Lidl/Tesco energy drinks to keep the body awake, but the brain would be still half dead. Basically, you're a zombie; awake, but not useful for much.

Have cut down on the amount I drink, and also on how regular I need the stuff by getting more sleep & exercise, but Monday mornings I still get the regular energy drink, and maybe some other random day of the week.

What about drinking it through a straw?

Mouthwashes won't clean your teeth, only physical removal of plaque will do that (brush/floss etc). But the short answer is a mouthwash like fluorigard or proenamel may help you marginally.
Would you have a coffee instead?
