Android 2 DIN radio recommendations

    I've been researching THESE Android headunits.

    However, there are loads of options on eBay and I'm overwhelmed with choice.

    At a glance, something with a minimum of 2GB storage for apps, Android 5.1 or better and 4G capable would be best.

    Does anyone have any recommendations for a particular make/model? Or even know if they're any use? Thanks.
