RTE and living abroad

    Hi guys

    I'm currently living abroad and as sad
    as it sounds I'm really missing my dreamt room to improve fix!

    I've downloaded and pay the monthly subscription for the international RTE player but they don't have anything above series 7

    I've tried 2 separate VPNs and while I can access BBC and Channel 4, RTE picks up on the location

    We have tried streaming channels and downloads to no joy


    Anyone out there know how I can crack Rte.....my Sunday evenings aren't the same without dreamt

    There is a good VPN IP app for mac that lets you select any country you want the internet to think your in.

    I was able to watch the All Ireland final live while in Lithuania on RTÉ player.
    It worked a treat.

    I'll put the name of it up tomorrow.

    I also use Express VPN but it doesn't seem to work for RTE. Not too sure why though.
