Nothing like this really exists as there are too many variables.
A standard service at an independent will be an oil and oil filter change, plus a check of air filter/cabin filter if it needs doing, plus a quick examination of fluids, brakes and bulbs.

The prices of services vary wildly depending on dealer or independent pricing, the car brand, model and what needs to be performed.

Just because one garage does your service for €100 and another charges €160, does not mean the cheaper one is better value.
You need to compare apples with apples.
