    Not very scientific but wondering...

    Have Virgin Media, once I connected the 2 boxes together via an Ethernet switch can Cat 5e cables I've had no problems. Was a disaster over the wireless before that with the picture constantly freezing.

    No problems when hard wired...definitely seen issues when connected via wifi
