Dancing with the Stars judges Julian Benson, Lorraine Barry and Brian Redmond who will apparently be testing Ryan's skills, I'm primed and ready to jump behind the couch already

Derval O'Rourke will be on to talk about doping in athletics and blind marathon runner Sinead Kane will tell us about completing 7 marathons in seven day.

Artist Arlene McPadden will show us some sculptures she has made out of roadkill.

There are supposed to be an item on sheep as part of their Enterprise Special, it's unconfirmed if there will be any torture devices this years however

Music tonight comes from Jimmy Buckley and Celtic Woman.

Here's the thing.

The guest list could be very interesting but I've heard all about Sinead doing the marathons, he's already had her on the radio.

It's like saturation of little news small world.......and I don't do the bad dancing thing..
