Leave the engine running with the heat on full and the drivers window open very slightly. Leave it running for a few hours and it should dry it right out.

You need fans, preferably heater fans.
It will take a few hours or more.

Fill a pillow case with cat litter (fresh) and put it on the seat like a thin cushion,
you may need to repeat a few times.
If you fill a sock in the same way and stick it under a seat it will prevent your windows from fogging up.
