    Hi there,

    Thanks for your message.

Replacement cards can be purchased at Payzone outlets for approximately €1. Once the card is purchased it must be inserted into the meter before buying credit.

When inserting the gas card, please ensure the gold coloured chip on the card faces towards the meter display. Remember to leave the gas card in the meter for at least 30 seconds until the display no longer shows 'Busy', otherwise the card may become damaged.

Once this is completed customers can then purchase credit in the usual manner.

If there is credit currently on your existing gas PAYG card, we would recommend contacting the Electric Ireland Gas PAYG Customer Service team on 1850 372 372 (available 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday). They will be able to advise you as how to receive this credit.

Should you have any questions please let us know.

    Thanks,
    Brige
