I am building a new house, with passive foundation, external insulation (200mm) thick, trible glazed and roof insulation up there with passive standards. I believe that i have the fabric of the house right. My delema is heating.
A provisional BER has me coming in at 24watts per msq, which i believe is quite good, even with out allowing from solar gain. Im looking at ATW heat pump, a 6kw system or electric rads ordinary eliment for HW abd PV solar panels.
    Any advice
