Just making use of the grants to do a new slatted shed and im looking for a bit of advice as regards slats. Im thinking of going with banagher slats, just wondering has anyone any experience of banagher slats or any recommendtions for picking which slats to use ?

I have Banagher tractor slats down with 15 years and no problems with them.

The one issue I would have is with the agitating slat, there was a very flimsy piece of metal holding the rebar pivot for the 4 legs you lift to leave down the agitator. That wears fairly quickly and the legs can slip down into the tank fairly easily.

Anyone find that Banagher slats are a bit dirty? Put up a shed here with Banagher slats here about 10 years ago and cattle seem to be much more dirty than on the old slatted shed which has Harrington slats. The space between that slats for the sh*t to fall through seems to be a bit narrow?
