For 2016? If so the Revenue probably are waiting for employment returns from your employer (the due date is 23 February) before issuing anything

    We already received our P60s

Would that still mean the wait?

My son got his last week. It was less than a week after putting his details into PAYE anytime.

His refund went into his bank in three days.

Did you really receive your P60s, generated by revenue or a pro forma one generated by payroll software? Do you know? How does Revenue know that you don't have another job? They might process it but usually they wait till after the deadline for employer returns.
