Brian is amazing. I had no confidence and was dreading my test which was actually today. I completed 4 pre tests with him and I was delighted that one of them was my exact test route today.

Passed first time today. Give him a call and get some pre tests as you really get to know the common mistakes people make on the routes.

They tend to take people through one or more of Castletymon, Tymon North, Glenview, Springfield, Cookstown, Belgard or Kilnamanagh. Lots of housing estates, roundabouts and traffic lights. There is a small stretch of the Tallaght Bypass on certain routes too, so make sure to practise dual-carriageway driving.

If you can, do a couple of pretests with an instructor who works in the area - being familiar with the areas will minimise the risk of going into a wrong lang etc.

The above-mentioned videos are very helpful. He is very good at going through the potential pitfalls on each route. It is a great service.
