Fittings for metal 200 litre drum

I'm looking for advice on installing fittings to a 200L metal drum. I need to install an overflow pipe/coupler at the top, a drain valve/spigot at the bottom of the side of the drum, a sight level tube on the side of the drum and possibly a heater element close to the bottom of the drum as well.

Will all these fittings (except the heater element) need to be welded in place? Or are there fittings suitable for metal drums e.g. bulkhead fittings?

I know for plastic drums it's just a matter of drilling the correct diameter for whatever fitting you need and the fitting with have rubber washers to make a seal.

    Thanks for the help.

Be careful of pressurising those drums if that is what you're doing. I wouldn't like to be standing near it.
