Can not register in My Water

    When I try register my account for the first time I receive this message :The WPRN and account number combination entered has already been registered or cannot be added at this time.
    But I have never been register.

    How I can sort this out?

    Easy. Don't register. Loads of us didn't, and the water is still flowing.

    In order for us to look into this for you, please send the following details via PM:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Account Number and WPRN; and
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder.
