    Hi,
I'm looking to claim back tax for a recently built shed. What form do I use? Anyone have a list of items you can claim for (fencing, reclamation etc)? Thanks

Not sure of full list - but I know myself from applying - You can claim for new fencing, incl gates, new water piping and troughs, reclaiming ground, anything that went into putting up a new shed...

As long as it's part of a fixed structure you can reclaim the VAT (including all reclamation work but not on fuel). If in doubt apply, the worst that will happen is you won't get paid on that item.

you have to be registered with revenue and up to date with your taxes

Form is a VAT 58. Just fill it out and include the original invoices. You must be registered for Income Tax and have no tax arrears otherwise the VAT reclaim will be set off against the arrears. If in doubt about an invoice include it anyway as the worst that can happen is it will be disallowed
