Hi hopefully this is in the right place!! Just wondering if anyone can tell me how much a service normally costs for a 06 diesel avensis d4d old model I was quoted €180 today and thought it sounded a little expensive. Thanks

Was it from a main dealer? What did that price include? If included fuel, air and pollen filters I'd say about right.

Thanks for the reply it was a place in Mulhuddart not a main dealer and they said it was a full service with filters and oil included

€180 for a full service is quite good. €180 is the main dealer price for an interim.

OP get a list of what's actually covered.
    Too many variables here.

"Full service" isn't worth the paper it's written on.
You need to get an itemised list.

See this for an example http://www.fastfit.ie/services/car-service.php
