Can someone help me. I'm on my fourth provisional license well I haven't renewed it yet becuse I am not driving. It's out since October but the thing I'm wondering is how long can you go without not applying again and then you'll have to sit your theory again? I will get it soon but I'm just worrying surely it's a few years?? I'm driving since 17 I'm 24 now.

I learner permit has to have been expired for 5 years or more before you must start over. You can simply renew it any any point up to five years. In your case, you need to currently have either a valid driving test booking (which you possibly did for the expired permit) or have failed a driving test within the last two years.
