Mortgage Query

Hi, i am currently looking for a house and have mortgage approval. We have found a house that sits on .5 acre, there is an option when buying to purchase 1 acre right beside the house. The house and field are seperate owners. The house is still under our budget and the land is agricultural land so will be approx €6-10,000. It will benefit the house greatly. Is it possible to include it in the mortgage? Paying cash for it isn't an option as our savings are needed for the deposit for the mortgage. We really want the land with the house. Any advice much appreciated!
