    Hi all,

I want to try this for eczema. Only I don't know how to go about it. Can anyone here help me out?

Hi Burnsey I think you're in the wrong place.
There's a forum called Long Term Illness, where you can ask questions like that.
This thread is about psoriasis, I'm not sure if the treatment would be the same, but there is a user with psoriasis who has his own lamp.

    Mod note

Actually OP, no one on boards will be able to advise on how you should use light therapy. There are a number of factors which can affect how much UV exposure would be suitable for each individual, and conditions or medications which may mean light therapy isn't recommended. In the first instance, you should speak to your GP or dermatologist.
