Apart from Olivia Newton John I have no idea whos on.

If you google Olivia Newton John she's dead apparently. Died in Cambridge, UK.

Either google got it wrong or D'arcy is really scraping the barrel.

It could be an Olivia Newton John impersonator. Once bitten, twice shy and all that.

As well as the not dead Olivia Newton-John who was born in Cambridge, UK.

Commander Chris Hadfield is appearing to chat about his new children's book The Darkest Dark.

Niall McHugh and Stephen Lannon, who recently campaigned to get access to life changing drugs for their babies, will be appearing to talk about their experiences.

And rising star Alison Spittle will chat to Ray about breaking into the tough Irish comedy scene.

Why can't we have simple old fashioned entertainment on a Saturday night that doesn't involve campaigns, illness or death :(

Chris Hadfield will be good. I like him.

Alison Spittle is less funny than Maeve Higgins. And thats saying something. Gonna watch so I can complain.

I'm not familiar with Alison's comedy but I liked her when she was on Brendan O'Connor's Cutting Edge recently alongside Tom McGurk, the two got on famously. She was very funny that night, perhaps Ray should have extended an invite to Tom too.

Anyone else think it's Alison who does the voiceover for the Tesco Mobile ad?

WTF is a man like Chris Hadfield doing on a Saturday nite conversing with D'Arcy?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,882 ✭✭✭✭Rock Lesnar

Ray reminds me of Furnell from NCIS

Ray, don't feel too bad that Chris is in a far superior shape physically than you are.

Just don't let it eat away at you. Gnaw away at you.

    :)

Has Ray never heard of peristalsis?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,585 ✭✭✭✭Lady Chatterton

The kids questions are better than Ray's.

Saw them back in 2013 in Manchester...fantastic show!

Tony Iommi was on fine form, and Tommy Clutefos with his 20-miute drum solo :D

    What's your favourite planet?

I think Ray D'Arcy should be sent into space.

For scientific reasons, of course. :)

Guests interviewing guests. Awkward, but not as awkward as D'Arcy doing it.

    Remember FÁS involved in space...
A CONTROVERSIAL FAS programme which cost taxpayers €7.8m before it was shut down was of no real benefit, a top-level government report has found.

The expenditure on the FAS Science Challenge included Health Minister Mary Harney's infamous $410 (€299) wash and blowdry at a Florida beauty parlour.

The space suit was a giveaway. Knew he would be class when he came out wearing that.
