Buying Chinese herbs online...

    Do you think this is safe? You don't really know what you're getting?
    I'm debating buying from Chinese herbs. Co. UK....
    What are people's opinions?
    Alternatively any really good Chinese medicine places in Dublin that I could get these herbs from?

    It is not safe.

    These products are not regulated so there is no quality control. You have no idea who you are buying from or what you are actually receiving.

    There is no evidence that they work. At best they are expensive placebos, at worst they could contains poisonous substances.
