hi, up to yesterday i had my broadband coming through a horizon box and my pc was connected to it through a powerline (tp link)

yesterday, virgin came to look at the tv connection as it was acting up and decided to give me a separate modem as it might help. they turned off the broadband through the horizon box and now it coming through their 3.0 hub.

when i try to connect the powerline between the new modem and the pc, i'm not getting any connection.....any suggestions as to what the issue might be?

power button is on, second light is flickering and third light (ethernet) is solid. Hooked up the xbox direct to the modem and its working fine

Is ther an extension lead being used now with the new modem? Is the power line adapter plugged straight into the wall socket?

The second light means the DLAN is up and everything should be peachy. Run TPPLC application to diagnose.
