Setting up a business with Director overseas

    Hi,

I'm looking into the option of setting up a business in Ireland to contract engineering and drafting services to Australia. I'm a resident in Australia, with dual citizenship. I would look to employ someone in ireland on a contractor basis for the necessary works. Are there any restrictions with doing this and who would I be paying the tax to, I'm presuming Ireland.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks
