Extending Sky network for gaming

Hi Guys. I recently purchased sky Q I'm relatively happy with the speeds I get. However I have an issue.

The main tv and router are down stairs. The router is about 15 metres away from main sky q 2tb box.

I have a booster that boosts the signal to a sky mini upstairs on the 2nd floor.

Now to the issue. I have a pc in the 3rd floor. Using a Asus wireless adapter I get between 15-30 megs. Is there any possibility I can get a direct link to the router down stairs.. ideally I want the PC to be hardwired into the router

    What's my best approach

Home plugs will probably work the best but ping is more important than speed for gaming.

Thanks but I've tried the tplink and the connection barely gets to 1meg. House wiring might not be capable.

Strange, I use TP Link homeplugs and they are great, great speeds.

You have them plugged directly into the plug socket and not into an extension cable or something?

    Best approach = ethernet cable.

Powerline adapters are inferior, and performance varies hugely - depends on too many factors.

I understand that but you'd be looking at running and ethernet cable from the 3rd floor to the bottom floor. Previous owner had the brains to put the master socket in a little cupboard above the downstairs toilet.

    Wired: Unwilling
    EoP: Not possible

That leaves wifi meshing/repeating. So you can spend a lot to setup an AC1200 broadcast with two repeaters but it'll be a lot of money for a mediocre result.

Or you can borrow an SDS drill and snake weatherproof CAT6 up the external wall(hide it behind a pipe if possible).
