    Hi,
I'm looking for musicians or a wedding band to play on 17th June in Connemara. I think I've left it way too late! All the bands I've found online are booked out. Does anyone know of anyone/have any tips please?
    Thanks

It is very late to be looking, but if you aren't fussy about which band you get you should be able to find someone.. Late Night Radio is the band we booked they are fab, but if you go onto Facebook there's a page called Donegal Bride run by a girl called Diane where brides ask and answer each others questions, its so helpful! A lot of bands would follow it also, might be worth messaging that page to ask for you! Good luck hope you get sorted! :)

Fairly open to that - we'd like something lively for the evening part, that would get people up dancing.
If we find no one for the evening part we are also looking for church music/reception drinks music, and that would be greatt ohave some acoustic, Spanish guitar or French gypsy jazz type thing.

MMM well I know one lady who is doing Church music https://www.facebook.com/christinebphelan/?fref=ts not too sure would she suit or travel that far but could be worth a shot..

Have you tried going along to some local gigs and asking would they do weddings?

I'm not living in Ireland at the moment, which is a pity as that would definitely be the best way to go about it! Thanks for the link

    Hi,

There is a FB page called Help I'm Getting Married

    Link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/helpmeimgettingmarriedireland

Stick a post on that and you will be flooded with available bands.

Failing that you can check out mine www.twistedninja.ie
