Actor lookalike identification

    Unusual request here. I'm looking a documentary and one of the guys in it (he is a journalist) reminds me of some actor in a relatively famous tv show or film. I just cannot for the life of me figure out who it is.

    It's wrecking my head. Here is the pic of the non-actor guy. Can somebody tell me who he looks like in the acting world?

    He's not really an actor I suppose, but the face, hairline & glasses made me think of Vic Reeves.
