currently work full time have my son full time in a creche. Only started before Christmas on just over min wage also and in my industry probably won't go up much even with a degree. I was approached out of the blue about a supervisor position which is 4 hours per morning in a sessional montessori down the road from me and money almost double what I'm on now. I applied for a different position last year but it was gone before I saw it advertised I have qualifications Level 6 but not experience supervising as such! Any advice appreciated

  • Eh... sorry not sure what you're looking for advice on. Are you saying you've been offered a new job on double the money of your current job? If so, take it! There's only one way to get supervising experience, and that is to go do it, this sounds like a great opportunity for you.
