Auris sr180. Turbo?

Noticed recently that my wife's auris starts to emit blueish smoke from the exhaust.
I was in it the other day and standing at lights I started seeing smoke surrounding the car and that's when I spotted it pumping out of the exhaust.
Then it just stopped and the car was back to normal.
Had a lot on my plate so forgot about it until it happened again last night.
I'm assuming either the valve gasket is failing and pissing oil into the inlet or the turbo is starting to fail.
Performance wise it seems OK so I can't comment if the power is down.
    Any thoughts?

Dpf trying to regenerate possibly. Is the turbo running on when you knock the car off? Do you give it a minute to idle before knocking it off

No turns off immediately and yes when it's driven sprintly then we let it cool down for a minute before switching off.
Don't think it's the dpf tbh

No, would it be easy enough to check?
Don't know much about this particular engine.
Egr though would be giving me performance issues wouldn't it? I.e. nothing nothing and then power.

It's the same engine as the is220d so same issues.
On the Auris, it's at the front of the engine to the right of the dipstick and very easy to get at.

Same engine indeed but at least the ratios are normal.
I'll give it a look and see but I'd have thought egr problems would giv me black smoke
