What about team mates? Do you or will you be training with them? What have they recommended?
Get a rugby ball and practice spinning it up into the air
Look at playing tag rugby somewhere in spring leagues to just get used to playing the game without the contact

We wont be training together beforehand, My brother is organinsing it and we all lived a distance away from each other, there is a beginner tag league starting soon but its in Alexandra college, I'm living in the midlands so it would be a bit of a commute hence the reason chancing my arm on here about anything that might suit location better
