Log house holiday homes

    Just looking for some advise
I am looking at getting some log cabins built to rent for holiday homes probably 4-5. I already have a company that will build them foundation up.
I have X amount of money & will be going to the bank for a loan for the rest.
    Have found a suitable site.
Just looking for approx prices for the following

How much to clear a 1 acre site, get electric on site? Will be getting solar power panels also but always better to have a back up
Is it better to have sewage treatment on site or get connected to mains if possible
I will be getting a well drilled as I know there's water under the site

Apart from paying for planning permission, solicitor fees, fitting out the cabins is there anything else I'm missing?

    Thanks in advance

    Planning permission.
    Disability access certificate.
    Fire safety certificate.
    Building regulation compliance.

This is all doable but will cost you.

Are these actually 'log cabins', do they meet building regs? Will the planners except them? Is the site suitable for a waste treatment system catering for five houses?

20k ish and that's assuming these cabins can comply with our building and fire safety regulations.

Have you got any details on these cabins?
Have you sourced a cabin that meets regulations?

Can you share the name of this company?
A lot of people look for these cabins but never find them.
