    One of Munsters most popular road races which attracts large numbers held by West Limerick AC on Sunday 26th February at 1pm

    Chip timed race with medals for all runners and a free T-Shirt for the first 500 entrants. There will also be individual, category and team prizes available as well as post race refreshments and presentation in the village hall.

    Have done it a few times. Great race and well organised. The course is fair as opposed to flat but managed a pb there last year.

    Bizarrely I've only managed to make the line for this once.....always seem to be sick around the time it's on or have other stuff clashing.

    Hoping to make it this year...not a whole lot of other options at this time of year really

    I'm really considering this but it comes at the end of week 7 of the marathon training plan. I'm due a 16 mile run that day but feel as though I could with the excitement of a race at that point. Will think about it and get opinions on how I could fit it in.

    If I did it I would want to give it my all and PB so would prob have to forfeit the 16 miler for this.
