Renault Clio 2007 wiper fuse

Hi All Does anyone out there know where the fuse is for a Clio 2007. It is not with all of the other fuses in the box under the steering wheel. Wipers kaputt...turned them on when iced to the window this morning Any help appreciated!

There's usually another fuse box in the engine, possibly there.
